I came running to record this episode I wasn't supposed to, but I would like to talk about something. There are lots of annoying people out there. We mostly call them a bitch, but this word comes in many different forms. We'll just tackle a little bit of it on this episode. So wait for my story time fresh off the street.

Welcome to Human Thesaurus Presents Epitome Anatomy My name is Wish and I talk about something, somehow, to dissect a word relevant from my life to yours. Ready for the epitome of bitch? Let's go!

    Wish Ronquillo Peacocke (00:55.758)

    you

our keyword is bitch. It is a commonly used slang word that is nonetheless vulgar when you throw it at a man or a woman. The word originally meant and still means a female dog according to vocabulary.com. And get this, still quoting the same vocabulary.com. It adds, this word for a female pooch has evolved to a more common meaning.

a woman you don't like. In those cases, a bitch is kind of a female jerk. Although feminists would argue that the term often gets unfairly thrown at any strong-willed, assertive woman, many males call each other bitch too, implying that the other guy is a weakling. Another common use is bitching or to bitch and moan, meaning to complain about something.

Personally, it's an adjective in my world, no matter what your gender is.

So I came running to record this because I was thinking, how am I supposed to share this story? It kind of irked me. It didn't get an anger out of me, but I think I was just, I had to speak up. Okay, I'm going to tell you, this is story time. Less than an hour ago, I was in this, my favorite local shop, which is a drug store.

You know, nowadays drugstores include like makeups and toiletries. But I'm happily collecting and I'm gathering a new set of first aid kit so I could put it in our new home in Manila. So I'm happily doing this because this is so cathartic for me to be just looking into bandages and wound sprays. I was in my little happy world and all of a sudden,

I've heard this one dude in his activewear clutching on his fist with a towel and screaming. Now at first it's not really screaming that's over describing it. Simply he's just rushing over with a very stern voice saying that, where are your gauzes? I just cut myself and I need help. Where are the gauzes?

where how can I clean my wound? And then the staff, the store crew went over and helped the guy and she's like, okay, here, here. It's like, okay, that's fine. And then when he was doing this, he walked past in front of me, here and there, because I was in the wound section, right? Here and there. I kinda, that's when I kinda raised my eyebrow.

because he was there like he's the boss of the store. That's how he was acting like. So it raised an eyebrow on me. again, nobody should sully my mood happily doing my own thing. But what irked me afterwards was this person, this guy started screaming sternly at this store staff. I just wanted to clean my

    Wish Ronquillo Peacocke (04:31.5)

my one blah blah blah like very very stern very rude and it's it's uncalled for i understand that during a time of panic or during the time of shock you know as humans we tend to be in this survival mode but you don't need to be a little bitch about it being a little bitch about it does not

help you at all. Because now the lady kind of like stepped back twice, like two steps back because she was like, whoa, okay. And she doesn't know what to do. I think she was kind of shocked. So I looked at the guy sternly and I said, you don't need to be rude about it. Why are you being so rude? And he was just like, I just needed to clean my my wind and walked out of there with

the two packets of whatever gauze and whatever he took from the lady. And then he kept on complaining and complaining, screaming, stepping out of the store. And I was like, you don't need to be rude about it. Why are you so rude? And then he just walked away. And then I kind of went to my zone. I looked after the store staff, looked at her and she's already doing another thing because...

The store is a little bit, it's lunchtime, so it's a little bit busy. So she's carrying on with her other stuff because if not, I could have gone to her and asked her if she's okay. But she looks like a little bit phased, but she was moving on. the, I think the manager as well, his hands are tied. He was checking out the counter for payments and stuff. So I think they were just shocked because everything happened quite fast.

So I was waiting for the guy to come back because at the end of the day, probably when he calms down, he would pay or something. And eventually he came back and I was waiting for him to bitch back at me, but he didn't. So I just looked at him again with a stern eye. Pretty much I'm telling him that I'm watching him. What irks me mostly about these little bitches of boys like this.

    Wish Ronquillo Peacocke (06:55.778)

This behavior you can see in times of disasters, in times of panic, in times of distress. This is how you can see the behavior of a person, the real person in front of you. You will see the real values that they uphold because when you're in a panic mode, all gloves are off. Like you're just in a matter of survival.

And this guy is a little bitch, full on little bitch. He should not have done that. And at that time when I was listening and I could see kind of, it's not 100 % severe, but probably it may be because it's covered so I didn't really see the entire finger or hand. But I was already in my little zone, can't help but listen to him looking for help. I was almost dropping everything.

down and I wanted to help him. I wanted him to elevate the wound. And then since we're in a drug store, it's easy to find. would say, okay, you've got that and I will help you. But he bitched. He bitched. So no, I'm not going to help you, dude. There's no benefit in humanity if I help you if you're having that bad behavior. I'm even very, very close to just wishing for him to for his hands to fall off.

I am not that bad. Just his finger probably. I wish him well, but I see a lot of these around. Adulting, I've met a lot of these little bitches in a bad way. And the word bitch is such a diverse word. And I think most cuss words are so diverse because it could be good or bad. If someone calls me a bitch, I take that as a compliment.

I don't take it seriously, but it's a compliment for me. If someone notices that, even in the workplace, if they think of me as a bitch, then I'm doing my job protecting myself. Sad but true. For these little bitches, it's not even pertaining to girls. This is mostly for boys. This is mostly for men. Men who act like little bitches. Not even the dog, but you know what I mean. I...

    Wish Ronquillo Peacocke (09:20.798)

When I see these people, this kind of behavior, they think they're above everybody else that they have to take that path of bitching. It's annoying. It's irritating. Like most of my rants anyway. But it's... I don't even pity the guy. I don't know what's happening with him right now. I hope that he got the first hate. First hate?

Wow, what a slip. First aid. That's what I mean. But I hope he's in pain and he could self-reflect from being a little bitch at the drugstore because it's unacceptable. Well, my dad trained us never to panic in any situation. It's a conscious thing to do. But if you're frustrated, if you're panicked,

or frustrated and you're bleeding out. I think the best way for you to get help is to still be compassionate. You can be strong and assertive, but you don't need to be a little bitch. That's all that I can say about this particular type of bitch. So is bitch in your everyday vocabulary?

Mine is not everyday anymore because I don't work anymore and I reserve mostly I reserve the word bitch not for women. It's for men, for men who are pussies, for men who are wuss, for men who can't, who can't present themselves in a more respectable manner. So if, if, if bitches in your everyday vocabulary in what context, how do you deal with them?

Please share that with me, it will be interesting for us to talk about this further. I will discuss more about the different types of bitch in my next few episodes. So until next time, ciao!
